How to Add Stripe as Your Payment Processor

Summary #

This video tutorial explains how to integrate Stripe with a White Hat CRM account for payment processing. Starting from the CRM dashboard, users should navigate to the payments section or contact support if it is not visible. Integration can be initiated either by clicking the “Integrate Payment Gateway” button or through the integrations menu by selecting Stripe. Users need to have an existing Stripe account and follow the prompts to connect it with the CRM. The process involves logging into Stripe, granting necessary permissions to Lead Connector, and once completed, users can start receiving payments directly within the CRM system.

This is going to be a quick video on how to integrate Stripe with your White Hat CRM account. So, let’s say that you’re on desktop and you’re in the app. This is my demo account, and typically you’d start on the dashboard. What you want to do is go to the payments section. If you don’t see the payments section, you should contact us to make sure it’s enabled for you.

Okay, now here you can do it by clicking “Integrate Payment Gateway”—just this button right here since nothing is connected. You can also go to integrations, select the one you want. I’m going to use Stripe, then hit connect and follow the prompts.

You will need to have an existing Stripe account, of course, which takes a little time to set up, but it’s definitely worth it. So, we’ll just follow these instructions. I’m not going to cover everything on Stripe’s side, but we’ll go through a few things to show you how it works.

I was already logged into Stripe. If you see a similar page, you probably need to log into Stripe first, but the process is similar. You want to give Lead Connector those permissions. Once you’ve done that, you’re basically ready to go, okay?

So, that’s how you integrate Stripe, and that’s all you need to start receiving payments inside the CRM.
