I’m going to show you how to connect Square as your payment processor to the CRM in this video.
I am here in my test account and what I’m going to do is I’m going to go down to Payments on the left-hand side select that, and then you’re going to go and you’re going to find Integrations all the way over on the right Select that, and then from there I already have Stripe connected but likely you do not have anything connected. And so you’ll just want to scroll down and find Square. Click Connect, and then just connect Square Live Mode. Then you’ll be prompted to sign in and it will ask you a couple questions
if you want to give permissions to the Lead Connector app. And obviously, you want to accept those. And then once you do that so I will just show you how it works really quick right here.
Okay, so now I’m connected and I’m going to select the location that I have within my Square account. I’m not not sure if that’s going to show up on your end but that’s what i had to do so the
preferred location is this refers to I believe the physical location that you have set in your Square account so make sure you have that right and from there you should be able to start taking
payments if you want to take a payment via credit card you can do that with the mobile app you know it’s just the big dollar sign on the mobile app at the bottom that’s kind of in the center and there’s a mobile kind of payment gateway sort of sort of thing mobile point-of-sale and so you’ve got that option you’ve also got where you could go into your contacts and you could do a text-to-pay link and you can send people extremely fast payments that way so I could go into John Doe and then go into our messages here choose request payment and then I can type this in here
we’ll say dog board and train deposit enter the price okay put in a due date we’re in live mode here and then i’m going to send that and there’s the text this is going to i don’t know who this is going to i don’t know whose number this is but they’re going to get the link and then if i were to pull this up this is kind of what it looks like on their end okay it generates a little invoice and that’s probably all you need to do if I click on this it’s gonna pull up the credit card details all the options that you have selected really so I could do card us bank account all sorts of different options here for them to pay that invoice and then you’re off to the races so that’s just a few ways to do it so you can get your payments from your clients done quickly and efficiently and and make sure that they pay while they’re excited to do so All right, hope this was helpful.
